First Niagara Center is located in Buffalo, New York. It was formerly known as the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. It was opened in 1996 and built at a cost of $127.5 million. HSBC has the naming rights until 2026. It is home to the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bandits.

The arena is used for college basketball games, as well as concerts. There have also been multiple WWE events at the First Niagara Center. In 2003, it hosted the Frozen Four NCAA Ice Hockey tournament. It can seat up to 18,690 people.
